The first thing we do when considering the design is listen. We listen to what you want, what your staff need and what issues you may have had in the past with previous systems. Clearly this is an important purchase. Your system is likely to be in demand 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, every week of the year for 10-15 years.
With that in mind, you want a system that works for you, fulfilling your essential requirements. Our policy has always been to design around you, to ensure a satisfactory outcome from day one.

We can offer independent advice, as we are not tied to any single manufacturer, however we only work with the best brands, giving you peace of mind and the five year warranty that such manufacturers have as policy.
Our three steps:
1. How much cooling do you need? We investigate where the cooling load is greatest, which could range from your ventilation system to solar gain. With this information we can then look at how best to reduce this. We would look to reduce the cooling loads by using heat recovery ventilation, using any cost savings gained from using smaller comfort cooling equipment to pay for the ventilation. By reducing the loads at the beginning of the design we can reduce potential energy use.
2. We look at what the manufacturers can offer, matching your needs and their equipment. We review energy efficiency, assessing the balance between the initial cost and life cycle costs. Budgets are often a consideration, and we can frequently give customers options to choose from.
3. We can look at ways of meeting your environmental requirements by looking at adopting renewable energies. Many systems can adopt low / zero carbon technologies to reduce your carbon impact further as well as increase the percentage of renewable energy used by your company. For example, if you have a 20% target to meet, this could be achieved just by selecting the right comfort cooling equipment.
